Types of Facebook user and the reason why Facebook is the best social networking site

In this Hub I am going to write about the site where I spend most of my time. Guess which one is that site? It’s the best social networking site Facebook. Facebook is the biggest and most popular social networking website in the world. It has more than 800+ million active users. Facebook is growing so rapidly that it won't take much time to reach 1 billion users.
History of Facebook:
Mark Zuckerberg is the creator and CEO of Facebook. In 2003 he created "Facemash" which is the earlier version of Facebook. He created it in his Harvard Dorm when he was a student. Later he converted "Facemash" to Facebook. He launched the original website in 2004.
Popularity of Facebook:
The popularity of Facebook started to increase rapidly soon after launching the original site. Within 1 year Facebook took over Myspace which used to be the most popular social networking site. People all over the world started to join Facebook. Gradually Facebook became the most populated social networking site in the world.
Types of Facebook user:
I have differentiated my Facebook friends into different categories. They are:
Facebook gamer: A lot of my Facebook friends like to play Facebook games all the time. Those friends are included in this category.
Facebook photo up-loader: Some friends are there who uploads lots of images every day.
Facebook liker: People of this category click the like button on every Fan pages. It doesn't matter whether they like it or not.
Facebook status updater: Some friends will just post updates in every minute of their life.
Facebook Quiz player: Some friends like to play boring quizzes again and again.
Facebook group, page or event maker: Friends of this category are busy in creating events, group or fan pages.
Facebook Romeo or Juliet: Some romantic friends are always busy in changing their relationship status.

Thanks for the information about Facebook. I enjoyed reading your hub. I have only recently joined Facebook and haven't used it very much yet, but I like what I have seen so far. I haven't watched the Facebook movie yet either, although I'm hoping to do so soon.
I have found that Facebook comes in very handy for sharing photos with out of town family and friends. When my husband told an out of state friend that we had painted our house, our friend not only already knew, but knew that color we painted the house and shutters! Thanks to Facebook!

I liked your hub, and was chuckling when you wrote that the rumors about closing facebook was found in a publication that report Megan Fox is a man and aliens will attack in 2012. LOL!
I am very glad you mentioned about simplicity with a webpage and this is what Facebook,Google and Hubpages does. Good to emulate the experts on web design.
